Honeywell-Functional Lead – Quality Bangalore Location

Essential Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems like CMMI, ISO 9001:2008
• Strong understanding of different product development life-cycle Models
• Knowledge of statistical tools for data collection and metrics analysis
• Experience in interpreting CMMI to different business needs Experience in Process change analysis and identify corrective actions
• Experience in conducting release Audit, Baseline audits and process compliance audits

Additional desirable Skills:
• At least 2 years experience in engineering roles of software development
• Experience in defining Process compliant to the CMMI model ( Higher maturity levels)

• At least 2 years working with Global teams/customers
• Perform analysis of metrics, audit results and lessons learned and report those out to senior management
• Certified Quality Analyst, Green Belt/Black Belt Trained / Certified will be an added advantage.
