2 ~ 3 years sheet metal manufacturing shop floor experience

1. Knowhow of press brake and laser operation 2. Knowledge of sheet metal forming and blanking operations 3. Knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing tooling 4. Should have knowledge of ProE Wildfire 4.0 5. Good verbal and written communication skills 6. Ability to read sheet metal part drawings

Fab-Stock sizing(Master Data Management)

Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering or equivalent

2 ~ 3 years sheet metal manufacturing shop floor experience

Machining - Tool Data Management

Bachelors' Degree in Mechanical Engineering

2~5 years

1. Hands on experience in AutoCAD 2. Basic cutting tool knowledge & it's application

1. Basic knowledge of ProE 2. One year shop floor experience in machining domain

               

Assembly- MS Animation

Bachelors' Degree in Mechanical Engineering

3~5 years

- Knowledge of Animation tools(Seemage/Equivalent tool- Vis animation - movie file in *.avi format in zip mode) related exp in doing assembly animations - Assembly Manufacturing Process Planning - Knowledge of Industrial Engineering practices, systems, - Shop floor experience must(automotive manufacturing ) Preferably Automotive,Agricultural equipments,Engines,Construction and forestry equipments manufacturing .

Knowledge of SAP system(PP)  (ECM,BOM,ETN structure)

Assembly- MS Clearance DB

Bachelors' Degree in Mechanical Engineering

3~5 years

- Knowledge of Teamcenter VisMockup/Clearance DB tools - Assembly Manufacturing Process Planning - Knowledge of Industrial Engineering practices, systems, - Shop floor experience must(automotive manufacturing ) Preferably Automotive,Agricultural equipments,Engines,Construction and forestry equipments manufacturing .      - Experience in creating work instructions, layouts, ECM Processing and Creation of operation sequence for assembly processes.
