Description

 Person should be able to establish measurement system by identifying and defining measures which are relevant for the business and the product.
Should have strong inclination towards data analysis for establishing baselines and creating models.
Also, this role involved mentoring and coaching the project teams in data collection and analysis techniques.

 

Qualifications

 QUALIFICATION: B.E/B. Tech. or equivalent.

• Should have experience in providing and leading data analysis services to various businesses.
• Should have a good understanding of data characteristics and its impact on analysis approach
• Should be able to create performance models
• Should have hands on experience in defining measures, indicators and measurement systems
• Strong understanding of product development life-cycles and its influence on data analysis
• Experience of Project/Program Management skills
• Knowledge on High Maturity expectations of CMMI
• Should have experience in coaching and mentoring global teams
• Should have experience in leading continuous process improvement projects
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification is desirable

Additionaly:
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and frameworks like ISO 9001:2008, CMMI etc.
• At least 2 years of experience in working with Global teams/customers
• Knowledge of process content documentation in Eclipse Process Framework (EPF) will be a big plus
• Certified Quality Analyst, trained/certified Lean expert will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of estimation techniques would be a plus
