Position : Information Security Lead
Experience : 5 to 10 Yrs
Requirements:
The Team Lead/Ass. Lead will build & lead team which handles Security Opeartions of large organization. He will continuously work on existing process improvements to bring highest customer satisfaction . As a senior member of the team, the successful candidate will work closely with our onshore teams to develop consensus and find solutions to problems facing their business constituents. He would Lead  the team of project realted to SecOps managemnt and also understand and analyze, resolve complex issues.
This job is primarily responsible for applying a high level depth and breadth of technical expertise in the area of Information Security. These activities include infrastructure monitoring of MARS, Firewall; this position is also responsible for providing technical direction and leadership in areas of expertise.

•In depth understanding and experience in configuring and administering IDS/IPS, Cisco MARS, Websense Content Filtering, Symantec Anti-Virus and vulnerability assessment tools.
•Possess a good understanding of and the ability to administer SSL VPN.
Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP and other protocols including use of troubleshooting tools - resource kit diagnostic tools and packet sniffers.
•Experience with WLAN development, administration and security.
•Ability to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot various Information Security systems
•Perform vulnerability assessments and assist system owners with remediation.
•Develop, maintain, and enforce security policies and procedures
•Research and assist in the design and implementation of Information security solutions.
•Provide timely and accurate on-call support for security related issues
•Ability to analyze network traffic, identify threats and quickly develop solutions
•Superior problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
•Exceptional customer service, overall communication and technical writing skills.
•Demonstrate aptitude for providing exceptional customer service in politically charged environment. Excellent time management/Highly available/Punctual
•Possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and as part of international team of engineers.

•Sufficient technical depth to communicate with other internal organizations at a peer level.
·         Ability to multitask.
·         Develop and maintain high standards in establishing procedures and policies to Address routine jobs and certain resolution protocols.
·         Meet or exceed SLA obligations consistently and on an ongoing basis, allow for accurate metrics to measure response time, meet BCP requirements and reduce the time needed to address the incidents.
·         Should have experience in implementation of security access controls and information security practices.
·         Prepare & send weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on his team performance to the management.
·         Experience in training the team in ticketing tool, IT process and code of conduct. Certification in ITIL foundation course will be added advantage.
·         Ability to work independently and without constant supervision.
·         Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
·         Excellent People management skills.
·         Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
