They have not done java applets
in most recent project, but that is okay.
I am more importantly look at
their technical skills in App Dev , design and Troubleshooting, with hands on
projects on C++ and Java. Even if they don’t know .NET hands-on I am ok
to get them and train them on it.
Can you refine your search based
on above ? pl look only for 6+ yrs experience.
