1.       Experience in standards like DO 178B, DO 160, DO 200, DO 254

2.       7+ yrs experience in industry

3.       Minimal experience in software development, understanding of SDLC

4.       Exposure to any one of the languages C/ C++ / ADA 95

5.       SQA experience or certification documentation experience

Scout for ppl from Aero organizations.

CTC : 10 – 12 LPA.

Individual contributor role at Senior engineer level.
