QUALIFICATION:	BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.S
EXPERIENCE:	6-8 Years
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:	Job Expectations: •Should have 6 to 8 years of experience in product development •Thorough knowledge of electronic devices • Should have a knowledge 8/16 bit processor / controller design & analog / Digital interface design. • Should have worked on a complete hardware product life cycle development from concept to manufacturing at least for 1 product in the last 2 -3 years. • Working knowledge of contactors, power distribution and wiring requirements. • Experience performing systems integration of equipment from multiple vendors. • High power design & lighting related experience is an added advantage • Strong cross-functional process knowledge • Work experience as a member of a design team taking product from concept to production • Simulation/modeling using Mentor Graphics CAE tools; Familiarity with PSIM, PSPICE & MATLAB , Honeywell PDM system • Should have used all test & measuring instruments like - Scope, Analyzer etc and be conversant with test standards like DO 160E. Hyperlinx Knowledge • Should have Board level EMI/EMC design knowledge • Knowledge and Experience on Testing Requirements , Thermal requirements. vibration Requirements and on standards like IEC 60669 preferred. • Exposure to DFM and DFT, packaging, engineering change orders design release process, certification, regulatory, compliance, product training, launch support, product safety reviews, technical documentation is a must.
