Honeywell-Senior Engineer -Hardware-Bangalore & Chennai Location.


Senior Engineer - hardware - Exp:3 - 6 years (Analog  Designs)  
Skill Set:
·         University degree/Post Graduate in Engineering in B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Electronics/instrumentation/Electrical.
·         7+ years of experience in Analog electronics designs.
·         Hands on experience in designing & simulation for signal acquisition circuits , Opamps circuits, DAC/ADC, filters, amplifiers and Circuit protection methodologies.
·         Experience in unit testing of hardware, integration with sub systems & pre & post integration debugging
·         Hands on experience on hardware design for EMI/EMC/ESD/surge/Hi-pot, Product compliance, thermal and humidity aspects
·         Strong exposure to schematics, CAD tools & simulation tools
·         Familiarity with  signal integrity tools and debug tools.
·         Clarity on basic DFM guidelines, PCB manufacturing and assembly processes
·         Full life cycle product design experience
·         Familiarity with Digital designs, peripheral designs and Power supply will be an added advantage.
·         Should be a result oriented team player who effectively multitask and work with minimum supervision
  • Possesses strong Communication skills required for working with global cross functional teams.
·         Prefer to have experience in mixed signal designs for Industrial Automation domain.

Job Descriptions:
·         To actively take part in evolving key Hardware requirements from Product, Marketing and Certification requirements.
·         Responsible for Technical solutions, alternate design analysis, POC evaluations and documenting.
·         Responsible for Board Design, Component selection, schematics drafting, PCB Design and Review with other stakeholders.
·          Prepare a qualification Test Plan for the function blocks in High Level Design.
·          Verify and validate the Bill of Materials (BOMs)
·         Comply with Development Process adherence and support the team in effort/cost estimation.


Senior Engineer - hardware - Exp: 3 - 6 years (Digital Hardware )  
Skill Set:
·         University degree/Post Graduate in Engineering in B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Electronics/instrumentation/Electrical.
·         7+ years of experience in Digital Electronics designs.
·         Hands on experience in 32/16/8 bit processor / controller based designs/ DSP, Memory devices and standard peripherals.
·         Experience in writing start-up code, board bring up and debugging for board bring up and hardware testing.
·         Experience in FPGA/CPLD designs, resource estimation, timing analysis, simulation , VHDL/Verilog based designs & tools
·         Experience in using SPI, I2C, PCI, PCIe, Ethernet, bus interface timings
·         Experienced in hardware-software integration, debugging and performance analysis/tuning.
·         Hands on experience on hardware design for EMI/EMC/ESD/surge/Hi-pot, Product compliance, thermal and humidity aspects
·         Experience in high speed digital design and good clarity on fundamentals.
·         Strong exposure to schematics and CAD tools
·         Familiarity with signal integrity tools and debug tools.

·         In-depth Knowledge on power supply Design & simulation , Sequencing and Supervisory designs
·         Experience in designing switching & linear regulators, buck & boost designs
·         Experience in testing/validating PSU
·         Hands on experience on hardware design for EMI/EMC/ESD/surge/Hi-pot, Product compliance, thermal and humidity aspects
·         exposure to schematics and CAD tools

·         6+ years of experience in Analog and Digital electronics Test Design and execution.
·         Clear understanding on the 8/16/32 bit processor, FPGA/CPLD and Memory module and testing methodologies.
·         Good understand in on the test methodologies for boards with signal acquisition, Opamps circuits, DAC/ADC, filters, amplifiers and protection circuits.
·         Basic knowledge on real time systems, fundamentals of communication, transmission lines & interface standards
·         Experience in writing test code, for embedded hardware and perform integration test.
·         Knowledge on power supply design schemes & validation
·         Conduct Stress tests, load tests, abnormal condition tests
·         Hands on experience in product compliance & certification process like  EMI/EMC/ESD/surge/Hi-pot testing, thermal/humidity, shock, vibration, drop tests
·         Experience in Hardware - software integration and debugging
·         Familiar with factory floor tester designs and usage.
·         Should be a result oriented team player who effectively multitask and work with minimum supervision
·         Possesses strong Communication skills required for working with global cross functional teams.
